Q. How is the quality of your products?

A. Our products are of high quality brand name with good workmanship. The actual products will be like what is shown in the picture with maybe a slight different in colour due to the resolution of your computer monitor display.

Q. How do I place order?

A. 1. Login with your username and password. If this is the first time you are buying from us, please register with us by clicking on the Register link. A password will be sent to your email. Login using the password and proceed to browse through our mall and place your order. You can still place your order without registration but you will not have an account with us and you will not be able to view your orders history. Alternatively, you can check the box for “” after you have keyed in your personal details if you have not registered with us. This will automatically register for you and allow you to view your orders when you login later.

2. Browse through our collections.

3. When you have found the item that you like, choose the colour using the drop down menu (if applicable) , key in the quantity, click on the Add to Cart button.  Your shopping cart will be displayed.

4. Click on “proceed to checkout” if you have finished your shopping or click on “continue shopping” if you want to buy more items.

5. If you click on “Proceed to checkout”, you will be brought to your checkout page. Key in your details and your shipping address on the checkout page and then click “proceed to confirmation”.

6. Confirm your order and details then click on “proceed to checkout”.

7. A copy of your order will be sent to your email for your reference.

Q. When and how do I pay you?

A. Do not pay us until you receive an invoice stating the amount to be paid from us. We will inform you if any of the items you order are out of stock. You can pay us by banking in to our Maybank /RHB/Affin Bank Account.

Q. How long it takes for my order to be delivered?

A. Once we receive the order, we will check the stocks availability. We will send to you to our invoice to inform you of the total amount to be paid. Once payment has been received, we will arrange for the goods to be delivered to your address you have provided in your order form within 3 working days.

Q. How do you send the items that I have ordered?

A. We will send your items by courier services. We would normally use Pos Laju. But in case that Pos Laju service is not available, we will use other courier service.

Q. How much is the delivery charges?

Q. Will I be informed when you send out my order?

A. Yes, we will send you an email to inform you the same day your order is sent.

Q. How can I keep track of the delivery?

A. We will notify you of the tracking number in the email we sent to you. You can then track your delivery via this link

Q. Can I return the goods that I ordered?

A. Yes, please refer to our Return Policies.

Q. What if I provide the wrong address in the order form and goods were not delivered?

A. Any goods not delivered and returned to us will not be re-send until customers have been notified . We will inform you and arrange to re-send the goods. In cases like this, we would require the customers to pay for the shipping cost in order for us to send the goods again.

Q. Is there a minimum order quantity?

A. No. We do not impose a minimum order quantity. But we encourage customers to order a few items in each order to take advantage of the minimum shipping charges for the first 500gm.

Q. Can I pick up my order on my own from you?

A. Yes. It can be arrange if you are in Petaling Jaya area. We can meet at a time and place convenient to both parties.

Q. Do you offer any discount?

A. We are sorry we can’t offer any discounts as our prices are already low to make this quality brand products affordable to everyone.  But we do run promotion at times. So look out for our promotion notice.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. Sorry we are not able to offer free shipping as this is a low profit margin scheme as we keep our prices low. But we may offer free shipping during our promotions.

Q. How can I be sure that you will deliver my goods after I have made the payment?

A. We understand your concern. We are here to serve our customers for long term and we intend to expand our business to include more items so that our customers have more choices. We are here to stay and to build this business. As such we take our customers seriously as we need their support for us to realise our dream of expanding our business and bringing affordable quality brand fashions to our customers. We want to build a long term relationship and trust with our customers. So you can rest assured that we will send your order to you.
